About me and my practice

I am a qualified person-centred, humanistic counsellor, supporting adults in my private practice in person and online in East Sussex.

Alongside my private practice, I work at the Sussex Cancer Centre in Brighton, supporting both cancer patients and their families facing the difficulties a diagnosis can bring and at Sussex MS Centre near Brighton, working with clients affected by MS and other debilitating long term ill health issues.
I have previous experience of working with the bereaved in a local hospice and also working at a low cost counselling service where I gained experience working with those bereaved by suicide.

As a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), I adhere to their ethical framework and attend regular clinical supervision to maintain professional standards. I have full personal liability insurance, am DBS checked and am committed to building on my experience with regular Continuing Professional Development.
